The third round of the tournament in memory of Yuri Eliseev (1996-2016) was played at the Tigran Petrosian Chess Club in Moscow.Vladimir Fedoseev celebrated his third victory in a row by defeating Vladislav Artemiev. The games Predke - Matlakov and Dubov - Antipov were drawn.

1. Vladimir Fedoseev - 3, 2. Maxim Matlakov - 2, 3-4. Daniil Dubov, Alexandr Predke - 1.5, 5-6. Vladislav Artemiev, Mikhail Antipov - 0.5.
