Five Rounds are Played at the World Junior Championship

World Junior Championships are underway in Porto Carras (Greece). Five rounds are already played. Let us review the tournament situation for strongest Russian representatives.
Boys under 8: Leonid Lystsov and Stepan Gizunov are 1.5 pt behind the leader. Girls under 8: Irina Poliato has 3.5 points.
Boys under 10: Ilya Makoveev is half a point behind the two leaders. Girls under 10: Galina Mironenko and Eva Stepanian both have 4.5 points.
Boys under 12: Arseny Nesterov and Dmitry Tsoy collected 3.5 points. Girls under 12: Elizaveta Solozhenkina is a full point behind the leaders.
Boys under 14: Sergey Lobanov is half a point behind the first place. Girls under 14: Polina Shuvalova with 4.5 points shares the first place with players from India and Belarus.
Boys under 16: Alexey Sarana has 4 points. Girls under 16: Dina Dordzhieva is two points behind the leader.
Boys under 18: Daniil Yuffa is half a point the sole leader. Girls under 18: Anna Styazhkina is two points behind the leader.
