Wesley So Leads the Field in Leuven

On June 12th, the first three rounds of rapid chess of the Your Next Move Grand Chess Tour were played in Leuven. A win is worth 2 points, while a draw - 1 point. 

Having defeated Fabiano Caruana and Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, Wesley So took the lead with 5 points out of 6. Sergey Karjakin and Levon Aronian are 1 point behind. The Russian outplayed Alexander Grischuk and made draws with MVL and Hikaru Nakamura. The Armenian grandmaster bested Nakamura and drew with Grischuk and Anand.

4-8. Hikaru Nakamura, Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Anish Giri, Alexander Grischuk, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave - 3
