Wesley So Heads Masters Event at Tata Steel Chess Tournament

Vladislav Artemiev is half a point behind.


The fourth round of the Tata Steel Tournament was played in Wijk aan Zee on January 14. Wesley So defeated Alireza Firouzja, Vladislav Artemiev bested Vladislav Kovalev, while the games Dubov - Duda, Giri - Vitiugov, Yu Yangyi - Anand, Xiong - Caruana, and Van Foreest - Carlsen were drawn.

January 15 is a rest day at the tournament.
