Russian Women Beat Malaysia 4-0 in Round 3 of World Chess Olympiad in Batumi

On October 26, the third round of the 43rd World Chess Olympiad was played in Batumi. 

In the open event, the Russian national team defeated the second Georgian team 2.5-1.5. Vladimir Kramnik won, while Sergey Karjakin, Ian Nepomniachtchi and Nikita Vitiugov made draws. 

The Russian women's team won the match against Malaysia 4-0. Alexandra Kosteniuk, Aleksandra Goryachkina, Valentina Gunina, and Olga Girya defeated their rivals.

In round 4, the Russian men's team will play with Poland, while the Russian women's team opponent will be Israel.
