Russian Team Equalizes Score in Friendly Match against China
Home players won 6-4 in the second round.
On November 27, the second round of the traditional Russia - China match was played in the Central Chess Club in Moscow.
In the open section, the Russian team won 3.5-1.5.
Sarana Alexey - Lu Shanglei 1-0, Chigaev Maksim - Bai Jinshi 0-1, Esipenko Andrey - Xu Xiangyu 1-0, Xu Yinglun - Predke Alexandr 0-1, Wen Yang - Fedoseev Vladimir 1/2.
The women's teams made a draw.
Zhai Mo - Potapova Margarita 1/2, Ding Yixin – Shuvalova Polina 1-0, Zhu Jiner - Garifullina Leya 1/2, Dordzhieva Dinara - Huang Qian 1/2, Bivol Alina - Ning Kaiyu 1-0.
The total score is 10-10. The Russian team leads in the open section 5.5-5.4, while the Chinese players have pulled ahead with the same score in the women's event.
