RCF Charity Project Chess to Boarding Schools Came to Tver Oblast

Georgy Nagibin met the children.

On May 19, a chess holiday took place in one of the children’s institutions of Tver Oblast as part of the Russian Chess Federation project Chess to Boarding Schools.

The Head of RCF Charitable Projects Georgy Nagibin and RCF’s partners - representatives of the European Legal Service (ELS) -  met children who live in the Kimry Boarding School for Orphans and the Social & Rehabilitaion Centre for Minors Rodnichok. The Head of the Kimry Chess Federation Vladimir Makhnev thanked RCF for the project’s realization and said that the level of regional young chess players had visibly increased over the last 2 years.  

Then the simultaneous exhibition with IM Georgy Nagibin was carried out. The event was continued by presenting the children gifts from RCF. 

ELS Leading Lawyer Oksana Krasovskaya gave a legal lecture on a social support to orphans and children deprived of parental care. ELS Director of Communication Alexander Brusensky presented the institutions’ heads with the ELS cards of online legal support in all kinds of rights. 

Lets us note that the guests got to Kimry by a Renault Kaptur crossover - an official car of RCF charitable projects.
