Magnus Carlsen and Ian Nepomniachtchi to Clash in Airthings Masters Final
Two matches will be played.
In the semi-final of the Airthings Masters, Ian Nepomniachtchi won against Andrey Esipenko 2.5-1.5, and Magnus Carlsen defeated Vladislav Artemiev with the same score.
Thus, Magnus Carlsen and Ian Nepomniachtchi will face each other in the final, which will consist of two 4-game matches. If a tiebreak is required, the players will play two 5+3 games and then, if needed, a single Armageddon game.
