Hikaru Nakamura Wins GCT Stage in Saint Louis
And takes the lead in 2018 series.

On August 15th, the participants of the 2018 Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz played final 9 rounds of blitz. Maxime Vachier-Lagrave showed the best result in blitz - 13.5 points. Hikaru Nakamura is 3 points behind, while Alexander Grischuk is third with 9.5 points.
Blitz tournament on Chess-Results
Hikaru Nakamura won the GCT stage in Saint Louis having scored 22.5 points in rapid and blitz. Maxime Vachier-Lagrave finished second with 21.5 points. Shakhriyar Mamedyarov is on the third place with 21 points.

The next stage of the Grand Chess Tour also takes place in Saint Louis. Sinquefield Cup is held on August 17-28.
