Dmitry Andreikin Becomes FIDE Grand Prix Leg Finalist
He defeated Anish Giri on tie-break.

A tie-break of the semifinal match between Dmitry Andreikin and Anish Giri was played at the FIDE Grand Prix leg in Belgrade. The first game ended in a draw, while the second one was won by Andreikin, who had the black pieces.
Having won the semi-final 2.5-1.5, Dmitry Andreikin qualified for the final, where he will face Richard Rapport.
The match days are 12-13 March. 14 March is scheduled for the tie-break, if needed, and the closing ceremony.
