Semen Lomasov and Margarita Potapova Lead Russian Junior Championships
Round 5 games played in Sochi.
Round 5 games of the Russian Youth Championship were played in AquaLoo. Artem Pingin (U11), Alexey Grebnev (U13),Dmitry Tsoy and Tumen Tzybikov (U15), Danila Pavlov (U17), and Mikhial Yashmetov (U19) are leading the open tournaments.
The leaders in girls' events are Alexandra Shvedova (U11), Margarita Zvereva and Yana Vieru (U13), Leya Garifullina (U15), Alexandra Afanasieva (U17), and Alexandra Dimitrova and Ekaterina Borisova (U19).
Semen Lomasov is heading the race in the U21 juniors' tournament with 4 points out of 5. Alexey Sarana is trailing by half a point. Margarita Potapova is the sole leader of the girls' tournament with 3.5 points. Daria Khokhlova and Alexandra Maltsevskaya are half a point behind.
