Bronze Horseman Maintains Leadership in Sochi

Ugra and SShOR head women's tournament.


The Russian Team Championships are going on in Sochi. The following results happened in the Premier League in Round 7:

Sima-Land (Sverdlovsk region) - Bronze Horseman (Saint Petersburg) 3-3, Guards of Law and Order (Saint Petersburg) - Molodezhka (Tyumen region) 4-2, Moscow region - SShOR (Saint Petersburg) 3.5-2.5, Ladya (Tatarstan) - ShSM Legacy Square Capital (Moscow) 2.5-3.5, Siberia (Novosibirsk region) - Men's Movement (Saint Petersburg) 4.5-1.5.

Standings: 1. Bronze Horseman - 13 match points (27.5 board points), 2. ShSM Legacy Square Capital - 11 (25.5), 3. Sima-Land - 11 (24.5), 4. Molodezhka - 10 (22), 5. Guards of Law and Order - 9 (26.5), etc. 

In the women's tournament, SShOR (Saint Petersburg) made a draw (2-2) with Ladya (Tatarstan), while Ugra crushed Bukavushki (Samara region) 3.5-0.5. Ugra and SShOR now have an equal score - 12 match points, but Ugra has more board points - 20.5 against 19. 

Southern Ural (Chelyabinsk region) leads the senior event with 13 match points (27.5 board points). ShSM Legacy Square Capital (Moscow) is 2 points behind (22). 

Yamal (Yamalo-Nenets autonomous district) maintains leadership in the Higher League with 13 points (19). KPRF is on the second place with 11 points (17.5), while Botvinnik Youth Sports School is third with 10 points (16.5).

The juniors' tournament is headed by the chess players from Nizhny Novgorod region, who have scored 12 match points (19.5).
