Seven Rounds Played at World Youth Championships

The seventh round of the World Youth Championships among boys and girls under 14, 16, and 18 years old was played in Greece on October 26. 

In the U14 open group, the leader is Pedro Antonio Gines Esteo (Spain) with 6.5 points. Dmitry Tsoi is 1 point behind. In the girls' tournament, Ning Kaiyu (China) is heading the race with 6.5 points. Leya Garifullina has got 6 points. 

In the U16 open event, Shant Sargsyan (Armenia) is maintaining the leadership with 6 points. Andrey Esipenko has scored 5.5 points. Jovana Srdanovic (Serbia) is leading the pack in the U16 girls' event with 6 points. Aleksandra Maltsevskaya and Elizaveta Solozhenkina are trailing by half a point. 

Luca Moroni (Italy) took the lead in the U18 open tournament with 6 points. Alexandr Triapishko and Timur Fakhrutdinov have scored 5 points. In the U18 girls' tournament, Polina Shuvalova (Russia) is heading the race with a perfect score. Alexandra Obolentseva (Russia) has got 5.5 points.
