Russians Pursue Leaders of World Junior Championships
Four rounds were played in New Delhi.
Rounds 3-4 of the World Junior Championships were played in the capital of India on October 17.
Miguel Santos (Spain), Evgeny Shtembuliak (Ukraine), and R. Praggnanandhaa (India) are leading the race with 3.5 points. The Russian Semen Khanin is half a point behind, while Volodar Murzin is trailing by half a point. Sergey Drygalov, Sergei Lobanov, and Stefan Pogosyan have got 2 points.
In the girls' tournament, the sole leader with a perfect score is Boldbaatar Altantuya (Mongolia). Polina Shuvalova, Elizaveta Solozhenkina and Ekaterina Diakonova are one point behind. Dinara Dordzhieva and Anastasiya Protopopova have scored 2.5 points, while Margarita Potapova has got 2 points.
