Round-Robin Part of Skilling Open Completed

The final five rounds of the Skilling Open, the first event of Magnus Carlsen's $1.5 million Champions Chess Tour, were played on November 24 on Chess24.com. Eight best players qualified for the knock-out stage.
Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura scored 9 points out of 15. Wesley So, Ian Nepomniachtchi, and Levon Aronian are half a point behind. Five players got 8 points. Thanks to their superior tiebreaks, Teimour Radjabov, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave, and Anish Giri advanced to the quarterfinals.
