Denis Khismatullin Wins Rashid Nezhmetdinov Memorial
Alexey Pridorozhny finishes second.
Grandmaster Denis Khismatullin from Neftekamsk collected 7 points in 9 games and won the Rashid Nezhmetdinov Memorial, which ended today in Kazan. Five players tied for the second place with 6.5 points - Andrey Rychagov, Alexey Goganov, Zaven Andriasian, Evgeny Vorobiov, and Vladimir Ponfilenok.
Nikolay Mishuchkov won the seniors prize, Alexandra Zherebtsova won the women prize. Mikhail Nikitenko was awarded the main prize in the Under 2450 category. Bulat Murtazin was strongest among juniors. Special prize for the best player from Tatarstan goes to Valery Yandemirov.
