Ivanovo Region U9 Championship Results
Kirill Gusev and Lada Novozhilova became champions.
On March 10-12, the city of Kineshma hosted the U9 Championship of Ivanovo Region. Boys and girils competed in separate 7-round Swiss tournaments. Both events took place at the Kineshma Municipal Chess Club, which regularly and successfully hosts regional tournaments. Alexey Labyshkin, head coach of Kineshma, noted during the closing ceremony that for the first time this event was held at the highest level.

Both champions won all their games.
During the tournament, Alexey Labyshkin received a license of FIDE Arbiter.
