Carlsen and Praggnanandhaa to Determine FIDE World Cup Winner on Tiebreak

The return games of the FIDE World Cup final between Magnus Carlsen and Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa and of the third place match between Fabiano Caruana and Nijat Abasov finished in the city of Baku.
Carlsen and Praggnanandhaa had a rather calm game, which ended in a draw after Black's move 30.
Caruana outplayed Abasov as White in the Taimanov variation of the Sicilian Defence to level the score.
Both matches go into the tiebreaks scheduled on August 24.
