Alexander Motylev Is Russian Rapid Champion
Anastasia Bodnaruk shows the best result among women.
Alexander Motylev (Moscow Oblast) became the Russian rapid champion with 9 points scored. Evgeny Tomashevsky (Saratov Oblast), Boris Savchenko (Moscow) and Daniil Yuffa (Tyumen Oblast) are trailing by half a point; according to the tiebreaker, they are placed in this order in the final standings.
Anastasia Bodnaruk (Saint Petersburg) won the women’s event with 8.5 points. Aleksandra Goryachkina (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, 2nd place), Karina Ambartsumova (Tatarstan, 3rd place), and Marina Nechaeva (Moscow Oblast, 4th place) scored 8 points each. Final standings

Vladimir Karasev (Saint Petersburg, 2nd place), Vladimir Shushpanov (Saint Petersburg, 3rd place), Evgeni Dragomarezkij (Moscow), Yuri Balashov (Moscow Oblast), and Valery Chekhov (Moscow) are half a point behind. Galina Strutinskaya (Moscow) won the senior women’s event with 9.5 points out of 10. Tatiana Chekhova-Kostina (Moscow) is second with 7.5 points, while Natalia Titorenko (Moscow) became the bronze medalist with 7 points. Final standings
