The all-Russian school team competition "Belaya Ladya" consists of four stages:
1. School stage
2. Municipal stage
3. Regional stage
4. Final.
The winners of the regional stages and the winners of the national amateur youth team competitions from foreign countries are entitled to take part in the Final.
Each team consists of four players (at least one of them must be a girl) and a coach. One of the players is a captain. All players should be born in 2009 or later (under 14 year old) and represent one educational institution.
