Zhansaya Abdumalik Wins Her Sixth Game in a Row

In the 6th round of the World U20 Championship in Khanty-Mansiysk, Jan-Krzysztof Duda (Poland) defeated Karen Grogoryan (Armenia) and jumped to the first place with 5 points. He shares the leading position with the Dutchman Jorden Van Foreest, who defeated Bai Jinshi (China). Four players have 4.5 points. The best Russian participants, Dmitry Gordievsky and Mikhail Antipov, collected 4 points so far.
In the women's event Zhansaya Abdumalik (Kazakhstan) extended her winning streak and won the sizth game in a row. Half a point behind the leader are five players, including her compatriot Dinara Sadaukassova and Alina Bivol from Russia.
