Round Seven of European Youth Championship Played in Turkey

The seventh round of the European Youth Chess Championship was played in Antalya on 12 November. The Russian participants are playing under the FIDE flag. 

Marc Llari (France) is heading the race in the Open U8 Group with 6.5 points scored. Roman Shogdzhiev (FIDE) is 1 point behind. Sofya Kokareva (FIDE) has a perfect score in the girls' section. 

The Open U10 Group is led by Baver Yilmaz (Turkey), who has got 6.5 points. Ivan Golikov (FIDE) is 1.5 points behind. The leaders of the Girls' U10 Group are Marianta Lampou (Greece) and Leyla Mirzaliyeva (Azerbaijan) - 6.5 points. Kristina Zavivaeva (FIDE) is trailing by half a point.

Khagan Ahmad (Azerbaijan) has got 6.5 points in the Open U12 Section. Taimaz Temirbekov and Marat Gilfanov (both FIDE) are 1 point behind. Diana Preobrazhenskaya (FIDE) is the sole leader in the girls' event; she's scored 6.5 points. She will face Oksana Goriachkina (5.5 points) in the 8th round.

Eldiz Gurel (Turkey), Svyatoslav Bazakutsa (Ukraine), and Roy Vagman (Israel) have scored 6 points each in the Open U14 Group. Yaroslav Veselov (FIDE) is 1 point behind. Valeria Kleymenova and Yana Zhapova (both FIDE) are leading the race in the girls' competition with 6 points scored by each. 

The Open U16 Section is headed by Jan Malek (Poland), who's got 6.5 points. Erdem Khubukshanov and Aleksey Grebnev (both FIDE) are 1 point behind the leader. Manon Schippke (France) is the leader of the tournament among girls - 6 points. Olga Karmanova (FIDE) is trailing by half a point. 

Rudik Makarian (FIDE) and Mamikon Gharibyan (Armenia) have a lead in the Open U18 Section with 6 points scored by each. Volodar Murzin (FIDE) is half a point behind. Mariam Mkrtchyan (Armenia) is heading the Girls' U18 Group, having got 6.5 points. Leya Garifullina (FIDE) has scored 5 points.
