Mednyi Vsadnik Maintains Leadership at Russian Team Championship

Moscow Chess Team is heading the women's event.


The sixth round of the Russian Team Championships among men and women was played on May 7 in the Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina in Sochi.

Premiere League, Round 6 results:  

SShOR - Mikhail Botvinnik School (2-4)
Moscow Chess Team - Wildberries Molodezhka (3.5-2.5)
KPRF - Ladya (3.5-2.5)
Mednyi Vsadnik - Gogolevsky, 14 (4.5-1.5)

Kimmeria had a bye.

 

 
Standings after Round 6:

1. Mednyi Vsadnik - 10 match points out of 10, 2. Gogolevsky, 14 - 8 points out of 12, 3. Moscow Chess Team - 7.

Gogolevsky, 14 will get a bye.
