Director of Château La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs Laurent Prosperi Visits Central Chess Club in Moscow

And gets to know the Chess Museum.

Wednesday, November 7, was a day when a Director of the famous French winery Château La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs visited the Central Chess Club named after M.Botvinnik in Moscow. He familiarized himself with the items put on display at the Chess Museum of the Russian Chess Federation and employed French defense against the museum guide on the table that saw Anatoly Karpov and Garry Kasparov play their first match. 

Château La Grâce Dieu des Prieurs, situated in Saint-Émilion, produces Art Russe wine, the gift packaging of which (in the limited edition series) has been designed specifically for chess fans. Wine bottles are decorated with reproductions of paintings by prominent Russian and Soviet artists, while the lid of the box housing the bottles is made in the form of a chessboard. Wine sets also come with chess pieces inside.
