Dinara Dordzhieva Leads in Bhubaneswar

Seven rounds are played at the World Junior Championship.

After seven rounds of the World Junior Championship in Bhubaneswar, India, there are three leaders in the boys tournament: Grzegorz Nasuta (Poland), Xu Yinglun (China), and Jeffrey Xiong (USA), all having 5.5 points. Russian representatives Vladislav Artemiev and Kirill Alekseenko have 4.5 points. 


In the girls tournament, Dinara Dordzhieva (Russia) and Janelle Mae Frayna (Philippines) have 6 points. Half a point behind is Pv Nandhidhaa (India). Alina Bivol (Russia) has 5 points, Karina Ivanova and Anna Styazhkina (both Russia) have 4 points.
