Andrey Filatov Congratulates Arkady Dvorkovich On His Birthday

The Russian Deputy Prime Minister has turned 45.

Arkady Dvorkovich, Deputy Prime Minister of  the Russian Federation, member of the RCF Board of Trustees, celebrated his birthday on March 26.

RCF President Andrey Filatov congratulated Mr. Dvorkovich on the occasion.
