Alexey Dreev Celebrates His 50th Anniversary

Grandmaster Alexey Dreev celebrates his 50th anniversary on January 30. Being a member of the Russian national chess team, Alexey Dreev won the World Chess Olympiads three times and the World Team Championships two times. Winner of the European Rapid Championship (2012). Winner and prize-winner of various international and Russian tournaments. 

Laureate of a Coaching award named after Mark Dvoretsky, his trainer. Author of many chess books; his latest book Improve Your Practical Play in the Middlegame was issued in the RCF Library series.  

The Russian Chess Federation congratulates Alexey Dreev on his birthday and wishes him good health, well-being, and new creative achievements!
