Aleksandra Goryachkina Joins Leaders at Women’s FIDE Grand Prix Leg

The sixth round of the Women’s FIDE Grand Prix leg in Monaco turned out to be quite fighting and eventful. Aleksandra Goryachkina defeated Pia Cramling, Katerina Lagno outplayed Nana Dzagnidze, Anna Muzychuk bested Zhao Xue, Harika Dronavalli beat Mariya Muzychuk, while Valentina Gunina lost to Elisabeth Paehtz. Alexandra Kosteniuk and Humpy Koneru made a draw.
