Viktor Kupreichik Memorial Starts in Minsk

The International rapid tournament in memory of Viktor Kupreichik is held on June 20th-24th in Minsk. The event is an 11-round Swiss event.
The GM group will see Viktor Kupreichik's friends and colleagues: Alexander Beliavsky (rapid rating - 2631, Slovenia), Rafael Vaganian (2547, Armenia), Vladimir Tikmakov (2540, Ukraine), Evgeny Sveshnikov (2521, Russia), Viacheslav Dydyshko (2471, Belarus), Gennadi Kuzmin (2465, Russia), Yuri Balashov (2440, Russia), Valery Chekhov (2413, Russia), etc.
Starting list
Almost 100 participants will play in the Open group. The top seeds are Anton Korobov (rapid rating - 2736, Ukraine), Dmitry Andreikin (2733, Russia), Sergei Zhigalko (2724, Belarus), Rauf Mamedov (2711, Azerbaijan), Vladislav Kovalev (2631, Belarus) and other well-known chess players.
