The event takes place on May 2-4.

The Russian championship in Double Bughouse chess takes place in Grand Hotel Zhemchuzhina in Sochi on May 2-4. The qualification stage is an 11-round Swiss; top eight teams advance to the knock-out stage. The time control is 5 minutes without an increment.
The playing fee is 1,000 roubles from each team. Guaranteed prize fund is 200,000 roubles.
